The Golden Shoulder Pen is in this set.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe Local Government Pen reflects the way Hughes sold. More and more pens were being bought in bulk by education departments, railway companies and large businesses, and a name like this told the buyer exactly whose desk the pen was made for.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe Devil’s Own is harder to place. Where its name came from isn’t yet known.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAll three are pointed and flexible. Two are plain steel; the Golden Shoulder Pen has a gold finish.
