UK Customers

If you are based in the UK, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, for any reason.

To cancel, contact us at mail@scribblers.co.uk within that period, then return the goods within 14 days of telling us.

Return shipping is at your cost unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

We will refund the price and the original standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or proof of return, whichever is earlier.

You are responsible for any loss in value of the goods caused by handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. We may deduct a reasonable amount for this from your refund.

In addition to your statutory rights above, as a goodwill gesture we also accept returns of unused items in their original condition for up to 30 days from delivery.

EU Customers - Right of Withdrawal

If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can submit a request through your account at https://account.scribblers.co.uk, or contact us by email at mail@scribblers.co.uk, before the 14-day period expires.

You may use the model withdrawal form below, though it is not obligatory.

Once you have notified us, you must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

We will issue a full refund, including the original standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or proof of return, whichever is earlier), using the same payment method as your original purchase.

Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specification or clearly personalised.

All Other Customers

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Return shipping is at the customer's cost unless the item is faulty.

Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days of receiving the return.

Refused Deliveries

If you refuse to pay any import duties or taxes due on delivery, and the parcel is returned to us as a result, we will refund the price of the goods less our actual outbound postage and any return carrier charges we incur. This applies to refused deliveries only and does not affect your statutory cancellation rights above.
