The Gillott 170 nib is smaller than the Gillott 404 and 303 nibs. It is very flexible and smooth, capable of producing thick swells. Great for small to medium Copperplate.

Can be used with any pen holder that has a ‘universal’ ferrule. Also, the Oblique Pen Holder or the William Mitchell Drawing Pen Holder.
