We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days (Mon-Fri).

UK ORDERS

How long will my order take? Delivery time is made up of two stages: the time we take to pack and dispatch your order, and the time Royal Mail take to deliver it.

Dispatch: We aim to dispatch within 2 working days (Mon–Fri).

Delivery (UK): Once dispatched, Royal Mail aim to deliver within the timeframe of the service chosen.

Tracked 24 (First Class) - £5.35 — Royal Mail aim to deliver 1–2 days after dispatch

Tracked 48 (Second Class) - £4.35 — Royal Mail aim to deliver 3–5 days after dispatch

Please note: Royal Mail's tracked services are an aim, not a guarantee. Most parcels arrive on time; occasionally they don't, which is outside our control.

A worked example: An order placed on Wednesday morning may be dispatched Thursday and delivered by Tracked 24 on Friday or Saturday.

EUROPE

 Royal Mail International Tracked (up to £15.75, depending on parcel weight).

REST OF THE WORLD

Royal Mail International Tracked (up to £30.85, depending on parcel weight).

Some international deliveries can take up to 28 days to arrive due to custom and duty procedures in the relevant country which is out of our control.

Upon arrival in your country, you may be asked to pay tax, customs duties and/or an admin or clearance fee. The specific rates will be set by your country and vary subject to location. These additional costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be covered by Scribblers Calligraphy.
